This is the pizza crust we most often used. It is best if made the day prior, but it will work out if it is made the same day.
3/4 cup warm water 2 1/4 cups bread flour ( I use normal flour)
1 Tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoon yeast 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine the warm water, sugar and yeast in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar and yeast have dissolved. Let stand 5 minutes. It will be foamy looking.
In a large bowl sift together the flour and salt... make a well in it, pour in the yeast mixture. Add oil. Use a fork and mix together, may need to switch to hands to get it completely mixed together. Knead for about 10 minutes. (I never knead for this long and it always turns out just fine). Let rise for 2 hours. Then store overnight or later that day.
When ready to use just pull out, form and put the toppings on.
Cook your pizza 475 for 12-15 minutes.
