Salsa Chicken Black Bean Soup

Here is another crock pot soup that is fabulous!!!This is good all the time and the left-overs (if there are any) do not stick around long!!!!!!

1 pound chicken ( I usually just do 2-3 chicken breasts) (and remember it is ok if you put them in frozen)
2 cans black beans
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen corn
1 jar (I usually don't do a whole jar)
1 1/2 tsp cumin...or more if you really want a good kick to it
***crushed red pepper**** OPTIONAL!!!! (I just started adding this in myself)

Put ingredients in a pan...or crock-pot. Cook on Med over stove for 3-4 hours or 9 on low in crock-pot or low 4-5 hours.
Then if you want to jazz it up after serving you can add sour cream, avocado, cilantro, cheese and even tortilla chips...ssometimes we like to add a little rice to make it more filling.
